everybody knowsMachine GearIt can be divided into low speed (speed 2m/s, unit pressure 350-600N/mm^2), medium speed (speed 2-6m/s, unit pressure 100-1000N/mm^2, impact load is not large) and high speed (speed 4-12m/s, the bending moment is large, the unit pressure is 200-700N/mm^2), but do you know the common materials and heat treatment details of products with different requirements, as follows:

1. 20Cr carburizing, quenching, low temperature tempering HRC56-62, used for high speed, pressure, medium, and impactgear.

2. 40Cr quenched and tempered, HB220-250, used for gears with low peripheral speed and medium unit pressure, quenching and tempering, HRC40-50, used for gears with medium peripheral speed and low impact load.

3. 45 quenching, high temperature tempering, HB200-250, used for peripheral speed <1m/s, medium pressure, high frequency quenching, surface hardness HRC52-58, used for gears with high surface hardness and small deformation.

4. In addition to the above conditions, if small deformation is required during heat treatment, high-frequency quenching with hardness HRC52-58 is used.
