Gear center distance:
Center distance refers to a pair ofgearThe distance between the shafts is the distance between the centers of the two gears that mesh with each other.
The size of the center distance has an effect on the backlash, the greater the center distance, the greater the backlash.
Gear center distance calculation:
公式为:a=(d1+d2)/2=(Z1+Z2)*M/2=(Z1+Z2)*Mn/(2*cosβ)。
1. Calculation of center distance of helical cylindrical gear:
a=(d1+d2)/2=(Z1+Z2)*Mt/2=(Z1+Z2)*Mn/(2*cosβ)
2. Calculation of center distance of spur gear:
a=(d1+d2)/2=(Z1+Z2)*Mt/2
注:a:齿轮中心距;d1:齿轮1的分度圆直径;d2:齿轮2的分度圆直径;Z1:齿轮1的齿数;Z2:齿轮2的齿数;M:模数(两齿轮相等);Mt:端面模数(两齿轮相等);Mn:法向模数(两齿轮相等);β:螺旋角。
