齿轮滚抛加工原理：

滚抛是把工件装在封闭容器内，借助于滚拋液的作用，在专用机床上，按照一定的规律运动，使gear的齿面粗糙度降低。

齿轮滚抛加工工艺：

1、第一类：淬火后→化抛→回火→滚抛

2、第二类：淬火后→串光→回火→滚抛

化学抛光液配方及抛光时间：

草酸13g/L，双氧水20mL/L，6021活性剂0.05g/L，抛光时间20左右。

滚抛液配方：

滚抛余量：

根据不同类型的齿形及模数大小，其滚抛余量也不同。下表是不同的齿形以及模数选用的抛光和滚抛余量。
