The 6 main parameters of gear processing: modulus, standard modulus, basic tooth profile, transmission ratio, center distance, and displacement coefficient. 1. Modulus:
In order to reduce the number of gear cutters, please refer to the mechanical design manual for the specified standard modulus.
2. Standard modulus m:
helical gearThe normal modulus of the herringbone gear is the standard modulus, and the big end modulus of the bevel gear is the standard modulus; the first series is preferred in the standard, and the modulus in brackets is not used as much as possible.
3. Basic tooth profile:
Involute gearPlease refer to the mechanical design manual for the basic tooth profile and its basic parameters.
4. Transmission ratio i, gear ratio u:
主动轮转速n1和从动轮转速n2的比值为传动比;大齿轮的齿数z2和小齿轮的齿数z1的比值为齿数比。减速传动时,u=i,增速转动u=1/i。
5. Center distance:

6. Modification coefficient:
The gear cut after the tool moves a certain radial distance from the position of cutting the standard gear is called the radial modification coefficient.The tool displacement is expressed by xm, and x is the displacement coefficient.When the tool moves to the center of the gear, x is a negative value, otherwise it is a positive value.With the change of x, the shape of the gear teeth also changes, so that different parts on the involute line can be used as working tooth profiles to improve the meshing properties.
