1. Tooth profile error:

Reason: The quality of hob sharpening is not good, which can easily cause tooth profile errors.The tooth profile error of the hob directly determines the tooth profile accuracy of the gear teeth.

2. Tooth surface roughness:

Reasons: inappropriate selection of cutting parameters; inadequate overall stiffness and large gaps in the CNC lathe, CNC blades, and steel parts system software; poor grinding of the hob and uneven material of the parts; changes in the relative parts of the hob and steel parts.

3. Ring gear radial runout error:

Reason: When installing parts, the center holes at both ends of the parts do not coincide with or deviate from the rotation center of the worktable.The specific reason may be the eccentricity caused by poor contact with the center and the center hole.

4. Tooth phase error:

the reason:Gear processingThe manufacturing accuracy of fixtures and gear blanks, the installation of gear blanks, etc.; the vertical feed direction of the hobbing machine tool and the tool post deviates from the axis of the part, or the center of the tailstock is inconsistent with the rotation center of the worktable. The calculation error of the movable change gear is large, and the manufacturing and adjustment error of the differential transmission chain gear is too large.

5. Length error of common normal:

Reason: insufficient rotation accuracy of the turbine pair of the hob, wear of the circular guide of the hob, and the difference between the indexing turbine and the circular guide of the hob.
