注塑齿轮齿形修正原因：

注塑齿轮的齿形，应与注塑模具的型腔形状一致，但是由于塑料在注射成形过程中有收缩，因此注塑模具尺寸应适当加大。这就必然导致工件理论齿形与模具齿形的不致，因此，在设计模具齿形时必须加以适当修正。

从上图中可以看出工件实际齿形与理论齿形并不致，而齿形的变化可以看成是齿形压力角的变化。

2、摆线齿形修正方法

在修正摆线齿形中，如上图所示的齿形，其特点是a>b。尺寸由于塑料成型后，尺寸有收缩，会造成齿形在b处卡死，而使塑件脱模困难。

因此，这一类齿形必须进行齿形的工艺性修正。保证齿形满足b>a。
