Gear accuracy is mainly to control the accuracy of transmission between gears during operation, such as: smoothness of transmission, fluctuation of instantaneous speed, if there is alternating reverse operation, whether the backlash of the tooth is minimized, and if there is an impact load , The accuracy should be slightly improved to reduce the damage to the gear caused by the impact load.

The choice of gear accuracy grade should be determined according to the purpose of the transmission, use conditions, transmission power, peripheral speed, performance indicators or other technical requirements.
